Legacy Rehabilitation originated in 2002, by two local physical therapists who saw the need for quality rehabilitation care in North Louisiana. Over the past 20 years, our company has grown and diversified its services. We currently own and operate a free-standing outpatient clinic, in addition to therapy management services for hospitals, inpatient rehab hospitals, and school-based facilities across north Louisiana and south Arkansas. Rural healthcare facilities can face many of the same challenges: Inadequate staffing, limited program development, minimal reimbursements, lack of marketing, and departmental accountability to name a few. Legacy Rehabilitation provides the necessary solutions for rural hospitals, and consistently has proven results, evident by long standing relationships with facilities and continued growth.
