Anne Springer Jayes is the Senior Program Manager for Policy at Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI) where she works to build coalitions and legislative support to improve health outcomes in Louisiana. During her time at LPHI, she has advocated for policies including paid family medical leave and increased Medicaid reimbursement rates. Anne has eight years of experience in state legislative policy and holds a master's degree in public health from Louisiana State University Health and Sciences Center.
