About me
SarahJane Guidry is the Director of Policy and Advocacy at CrescentCare, leading state and federal public health policy efforts to protect and expand access to care and reinforce Louisiana’s community-based health care infrastructure.
Guidry is a founding member and Chair of CARE Louisiana, a statewide public health coalition working to protect Medicaid and health access for all Louisianans, especially our most vulnerable communities.
In recognition of her leadership, Guidry was named the 2025 Consumer Advocate of the Year by the Louisiana Primary Care Association, honoring her commitment to patient-centered policy and her role in elevating consumer voices within Louisiana’s health care system.
Across her work, Guidry is guided by the conviction that access to care is foundational to economic stability, community well-being, and a healthier Louisiana.
